Anderson’s Roster Bonus Due March 19

Browns QB Derek Anderson has an offseason roster bonus of $2 million due March 19.

Analysis:

The $24 million contract the team gave Anderson in 2008 will go down as one of the worst moves former GM Phil Savage made during his tenure in Cleveland. The team will shop Anderson and hope he brings back a late-round pick, but he should end up getting cut before the bonus is due.
