Practice Report
DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE
Wednesday DE Dwight Freeney (hamstring), WR Anthony Gonzalez (concussion), WR Roy Hall (knee), CB Kelvin Hayden (knee), CB Marlin Jackson (ankle), DE Robert Mathis (not injury related), CB Bob Sanders (knee), LB Clint Session (calf)
Ravens Secondary: They held up well last week, but then again, it was against the poor Titans air attack. If the D-line can’t apply pressure on Manning, bump the Colt WRs.
Lewis: Expected to start. Considering his age, maybe he should think about putting on leg pads for the first time in his career?
McGahee: 170 yards, 50 carries, 3.4 ypg, three games played, one game missed, five catches for 32 yards, one TD, and constantly hurt. If he can’t gash the Colt run defense, trade him for some smelling salts and a kickoff tee. You’ll get more use out of it.
Freeney: Expected to play. Coach Dungy said he hurt his leg on the first fumble. However, the Ravens have only given up six sacks on the season.
Gonzalez: Caught one pass for three yards before exiting in week five with a woozy brain. Stay tuned later in week, but as of now, it is being reported he’ll play.
Sanders: Will be “out” for a little while longer.

Practice Report
DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE
Wednesday RB B.J. Askew (hamstring), WR Joey Galloway (foot), TE John Gilmore (illness), QB Brian Griese (right elbow), LB Barrett Ruud (knee)
LIMITED PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE
Wednesday LB Derrick Brooks (hamstring), RB Warrick Dunn (not injury related), C Sean Mahan (abdomen), S Sabby Piscitelli (elbow)
Panthers O-line: Did just fine last week without both tackles. However, the Bucs defense, which held the Broncos to 16 points, will be a tough challenge. And the game is in Tampa. Downgrade RBs Jon Stewart and DeAngelo Williams a tad if the tackles can’t play.
Galloway: Hasn’t played since week two. Don’t risk starting him unless he is declared active before the weekend.
Griese: “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.” Jeff Garcia takes over the reigns again.
Ruud: “Cut the music! What I’d like to have right now, is for all you fat, basement dwelling, sweat hogs, to keep the noise down while I take my robe off, and give the ladies a good look at the sexiest man alive. Hit the music.” He suffered a right knee sprain last week, and it would be a huge loss to your fantasy team and to the Bucs if he is shelved.
Brooks: “Questionable” in last two games, but played them both.

LIMITED PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE
Wednesday T Todd Weiner (knee), WR Roddy White (head), G Ben Wilkerson (chest)
Lloyd: Suffering from a sprained PCL in his left knee. He probable won’t be able to suit up this week, which is good news for WRs Devin Hester, Rashied Davis, and Marty Booker owners.
Harris: If he doesn’t play due to injury, I think the NFLPA will be voicing their anger over the one game suspension last week.
Tillman: Pick-Six last week, so he’s fine this week. I’m glad I started him.
Vasher: Not sure is he is supposed to cover WR Rowdy Roddy White. No significant update on his wrist, so stay in touch.
White: Limited due to collision in practice. Doesn’t appear to be significant.

Wednesday P Reggie Hodges (left thigh), WR Brad Smith (knee)
Jones: 32 Solos and 19 assists is a lot of production. He played last week with the injury.
Jackson: Waiver wire hero Chinedum Ndukwe has been solid as his replacement. If Jackson is active, it will be very telling as to whom losses the playing time.
Palmer: He’s cutting down on his practice reps this week as a precaution, and he looked fine vs the Cowboys in week five.
Jenkins: The bye week should have done him some good.

FULL PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE
Wednesday TE Leonard Pope (ankle)
Newman: It won’t be “Hello Newman” this week, as he’ll miss more time with a sports hernia. Adam Jones will be on the field for all downs.
Williams: Also not ready to return, but his value has plummeted this year anyway.
Boldin: His broken face should keep him out another week. He has a bye in week seven, so we should definitely see him after that unless there is an unforeseen setback.
Wilson: Zero stats last week, a he didn’t get fantasy points for knocking QB Trent Edwards out of the game. I told you he belongs on your bench for the time being.

Wednesday WR Bernard Berrian (knee), LB Vinny Ciurciu (concussion), DE Ray Edwards (shoulder), TE Jim Kleinsasser (foot), WR Sidney Rice (knee), CB Benny Sapp (hamstring), C John Sullivan (knee), S Madieu Williams (neck)
Kitna: What a disaster. I was so confident the Lions would beat the Bears last week. Kitna was terrible in Seattle, and Martz was the sole reason he was a serviceable QB. With the offensive mad genius in San Fran, Kitna sucks again, and now he’s hurt. I’d rather have Brodie Croyle start for my fantasy team.
Williams: Expected to play, but who’s gonna get him the ball?

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Practice Report
Wednesday Practice not complete
Packers Secondary: Becoming a weekly write-up. Bump all ‘Hawks WRs, especially because the game is at Qwest.
Hawk: Played last week, but has had terrible stats in last two games. He needs to be benched on your fantasy team until he heals.
Rodgers: He has been one of the top fantasy QBs to date. He is a must start against a terrible ‘Hawk defense.
Branch: Can the ‘Hawks have their #1 pick back? We’ll see tomorrow how he’s doing.

Nelson: Jags have given up over 20 points four games in a row, and their centerfielder probably won’t return this week.
Walker: Just when he busts out, he’s hurt again. Ignore him unless he’s healthy.
Royal: Banged up, so pay attention tomorrow. Rumors are circulating he will be taken off punt duties, so keep that in mind in return yardage leagues.

Burgess: I cut him already. There are better options.
McFadden: The bye was great timing. He only carried the ball seven times in week four. Look for him to double that.
Fargas: Will resume considerable playing time, pushing RB Michael Bush to the bench.
Awesome-Wah: Whomever he covers, the other receiver will have a nice game. Poop-your-pants Lance Moore.vs Devery Henderson.

Practice Report
Wednesday Practice not complete
Parker: Great matchup vs league leading team for sacks against. Monitor the situation throughout the week.
Westbrook: The RB Gods haven’t kept him healthy. Perhaps it’s time to contact the RB Demons and sell your soul for a speedy recovery.
Brown: Showed a pulse the last two weeks, so perhaps he can be a significant member of your squad. Then again, this latest injury could revert him back to his annoying self.
Curtis: Practiced in full for the first time. This is probably the week he makes his return. Sit him until he proves his worth.
McNabb: Reporting healthy, but be sure he has lingering ailments. Has a nice matchup this week.

DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE
Wednesday S Reed Doughty (back), DT Cornelius Griffin (shoulder), T Stephon Heyer (shoulder), G Pete Kendall (knee), CB Shawn Springs (calf), DE Jason Taylor (calf), G Randy Thomas (knee), LB Marcus Washington (hamstring)
Looker: Has a spot on his brain, so he might be out for a long time.
Bennett: If he’s out, it will assure lots of snaps for rookie WR Donnie Avery.
Witherspoon: He was slowed by a groin injury early in the season, so this shoulder is new. At least full participation is positive.
‘Skins D: Played great even without top corner Springs and Taylor. When they come back, this unit could be superb. Taylor could possibly return this week.
