I’m usually a “glass-half-full” type of guy. In the spirit of Christmas, I definitely should look at the positive first, but today you can call me the Grinch because I’m about to rip some players for either playing out of their minds when they shouldn’t have or failing to show up when they should have dominated.

Below is a list of some names that Craig Davis and Mike Woellert think could be worth a shot on your roster. This list will be updated throughout the day Monday, just in time for waiver wire openings on Tuesday through Friday, depending on when your waivers process.

The Atlanta Falcons played nearly flawless football in a 41-14 drubbing of the Jacksonville Jaguars Thursday night. As we projected, Falcons WR Roddy White (10-135-2) was going to dominate the game (we had White as the #1 rated WR for Week 15) and that’s exactly what he did.

The Kansas City Chiefs have fired HC Todd Haley after yesterday’s 37-10 loss to the NY Jets. The Chiefs are 5-8 this year after yesterday’s loss and 19-27 in Haley’s tenure, but apparently it came down to friction between GM Scott Pioli and Haley more than his overall record.

What we do know: The guy in this video is obviously a Browns fan. Mike was, indeed, at last Sunday’s game vs. the Ravens (want proof… click here to listen to Tuesday’s archived podcast at the beginning).

It’s two hours after the game and I’m still not sure I believe I saw Saints TE Jimmy Graham get up after being nearly folded in half by Giants DB Kenny Phillips.

Are you a Calvin Johnson owner who lost by six points or less this weekend? If so, this photo will piss you off… because this catch was NOT called a touchdown and it wasn’t challenged by the Lions…

Don’t know if you watch much college football or not, but I witnessed what could have been a fatal helmet-to-chest hit on a punt. Plays like these are what make me understand why the NFL moved the ball up five yards on kickoffs.
