Browns GM Tom Heckert is heavily connected with Philadelphia, having been their general manager from 2006-2009. The Eagles drafted Kolb with their first pick of the 2007 draft (second rounder), so they may try their best to get a first rounder in a trade. Owners should continue to hold onto Kolb in dynasty leagues. Chances are improving that he starts somewhere in 2010.
