Finley didn’t miss one rep at Packers practice this week but he’s a questionable start this week against the 49ers.

Keith Ellison Placed On Injured Reserve

Bills placed LB Keith Ellison on injured reserve with a quadriceps injury, ending his season.

Analysis:

Ellison presumably tore his quads when he went down early this month. Safety Bryan Scott now has terrific IDP value, as he’ll be replacing Ellison at weak-side LB.

Antonio Pierce Out Indefinitely

The Giants announced Friday that LB Antonio Pierce will be out indefinitely after a bulging disc was discovered in Pierce’s neck.

Analysis:

Pierce practiced in full Friday, but felt discomfort afterwards and was hospitalized for tests. An MRI revealed the injury, which may threaten Pierce’s season and career.

Bethea Listed As Questionable

Pierre Thomas looks to get the majority of the carries against a terrible Buccaneers defense. The Saints are likely to rest Bush more in the hope to have him available for the post-season.
