Center Hardwick Will Not Play Week 9

Chargers Center Nick Hardwick won’t play on Sunday at the New York Giants but may return for Week 10 at Philadelphia.

Analysis:

Hardwick resumed practicing with the first-team offense earlier in the week and there was a chance he would play on Sunday, but coach Norv Turner isn’t going to push him.
