According to new Falcons secondary coach Tim Smith, DB Thomas DeCoud is someone who performed well in 2009.

Analysis:

Owners shouldn’t really look DeCoud’s way in IDP leagues. He doesn’t translate very well fantasy-wise. He only tallied 68 tackles in 2009.
