How To Play

We would like to welcome you to the “Official Website for Fantasy Football”… FantasyFootball.com. Our goal is to assist you in your search for fantasy football knowledge by offering insightful and entertaining information and advice. We strive to construct the pre-eminent fantasy football community on the net, allowing all football enthusiasts, regardless of their level of experience or expertise, to impart their insight and assistance while sharing the pleasures they encounter with others who enjoy the game.

In an effort to welcome you to our community, the staff of FantasyFootball.com has developed an innovative and educational section we affectionately refer to as — Fantasy University. You will find the entrance to this section under the “General Info” menu on the left side of our home page. This is our attempt to present each and every one of you with all of the tools, educational resources, and lessons you could desire concerning the game of fantasy football. At Fantasy University, you will find various articles covering numerous topics of the fantasy football world. We have divided these offerings into 5 sections we refer to as “courses,” designed to mirror the college experience. For instance, Freshman Courses cover rudimentary topics of fantasy football, such as the difference between Roto and Head-to-Head scoring and football terminology. We will then move you to the Sophmore and Junior Courses, covering more advanced topics such as Auction Principles and Keeper Strategies, the value of various fantasy football statistics, and some basic drafting options and strategies. From there we will continue to the upper echelon of fantasy football knowledge, known as the Senior and Masters course, where we will delve into subjects such as prorated average value theory (PAVT) and the ethical responsibilities of fantasy owners.

At Fantasy University, you will find articles encompassing all of the topics of fantasy football you could ever hope to discover, and it is all available to the entire FantasyFootball.com community for free. This is a feature you will not find at any other site in existence, and in an effort to entice all football enthusiasts, regardless of their level of knowledge or experience, to our community, we are offering it to you all, free of charge. We encourage you to take full advantage of this feature, as there is something here for everyone. There are quality offerings from various members of our staff, and we know you will be both entertained and enlightened.
