Good Luck in WCOFF

Having twelve team leagues, Week 11 is the last week of the regular season in the World Championship of Fantasy Football (WCOFF). So if you have a team and have a shot at making the playoffs this week then best of luck to your team.

Four teams from each league will go into the League Playoffs in Weeks 12 & 13. The top seed will be the team with the best H2H record. The second seed is the team with the most total points (not already qualified). Third seed is again record, while fourth seed will again be highest point team not already in. One of the changes the contest made this year was to break ties for the qualifying teams by their H2H matchup or if more than two teams by the winning percentage of the teams involved. This will mean there are many different scenarios in many of the leagues. Look at the standings in League 35 below where after ten weeks my team COFFEE PLEASE! is tied for 5/6 with a 6-4 record but is third in total points.

We can qualify on record if both the 7-3 teams lose or on points in several different scenarios on points, especially if those teams lose and Roid Rage wins as he is likely to remain on top on points, but his qualifying with the best record (at 7-3-1 over the 7-4 teams) would give us a good shot on points if we retain our slim hold on third most points regardless of record.

It will be a very exciting week for all the teams in contention and I hope to bring you good news on my team next week as I start to report on the Playoffs and qualifying for the Championship Bracket where the winning team will take home the $300,000 grand prize.
