Baltimore RB Willis McGahee says; he is "cool with" diminishing role in the Ravens’ offense.

“He’s doing a great job,” McGahee said of Ray Rice. “You grow up, get older, get wiser. I’m not out there getting beat up, so that’s the main thing.” McGahee looks to be politicking for a job w/ another team in 2010.
