The Bills plan to increase RB Marshawn Lynch’s preseason usage to make up for his absence from the first three regular season games. Lynch is currently due back from suspension in Week 4, although he’s appealed the three-game ban. The league figures to hand down a ruling by mid- to late-August, at the latest.
