Raiders Sign McClain

The Raiders signed first-round rookie LB Rolando McClain to a 5-year, $40 million contract that includes $23 million guaranteed.

Analysis:

According to a tweet from SI.com’s Ross Tucker, every GM in the league was a “nervous wreck” waiting to see McClain’s contract numbers. Owners should know that McClain will be fantasy gold as soon as this year as he is projected to be the team’s starting middle linebacker.
