Sanchez Optimistic About Injury

Jets QB Mark Sanchez hurt his knee in Thursday’s game but remains hopeful that he won’t miss any playing time. "I’m optimistic," Sanchez said. "I’ll do anything I can to play next week."

Sanchez completed 7-of-15 passes for 104 yards before leaving with the injury in the third quarter Thursday night.
