    - Jay Feely has just kicked the game-tying 43-yard FG. Arizona and Baltimore knotted at 24.

    - Nate Washington just caught his second touchdown pass of the day to extend Tennessee’s lead to 27-10. It’s amazing how quickly fantasy teams can score. I told you I was only trailing 25-6.3. Well, 15 minutes later I’m trailing 51-9.5.

    - Texans LB Darryl Sharpton was carted off the field in the third quarter with an undisclosed injury and he won’t return.

    - The Saints are in the red zone for the FIRST TIME TODAY… and Pierre Thomas made it count. Saints cut the lead to 24-14.

    - On third-and-12, Eli Manning hit Victor Cruz for a first down, but two missed tackles allowed Cruz to score. Giants now lead 20-17.

    - Sure enough… it was only a matter of time before freaking Arian Foster scored a TD. I think I’m in trouble now.

    - Panthers LB Thomas Williams suffered a neck injury and his return is questionable.

    - Colts WR Blair White suffered a knee injury and will not return.

    - Quick injury update: Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw suffered a pretty significant foot injury. It was so bad, in fact, that he had to go to the locker room for x-rays. His return is questionable.

    - Ray Rice has his third rushing TD of the afternoon and now the Ravens lead the Cardinals, 27-24 after trailing 24-3.

    - Here comes Baltimore. After scoring on another short Ray Rice TD run, the Ravens just picked off Kevin Kolb and now have the ball in GREAT field position as they head to the fourth quarter.

    - The Saints sacked A.J. Feeley and the ball was fumbled into the end zone. The Saints recover in the end zone for their first TD of the game. 24-7 Rams.

    - Say what you want about the Vikings. Say what you want about Arian Foster. The best RB in the NFL is Adrian Peterson, period. Another TD and the Vikings have tied Carolina, 21-21.

    - In my NFFC high-stakes league, 90% of my roster is playing later in the day. I’m facing this lineup: Tebow, A. Foster, MJD, F. Jackson, D. Bryant, M. Colston, N. Washington, V. Davis, Detroit DST, and J. Scobee. I should be getting killed!! Keep in mind, I’m missing Forte (bye), Best (concussion), Andre Johnson (hamstring). My lineup today: Fitzpatrick, Helu, CJ Spiller, Mike Wallace, Sidney Rice, Jason Avant, Jake Ballard, Heath Miller, Dan Bailey, and the Seattle DST. Ironically, I’m only trailing 25-6.3. If Foster, MJD and Colston can continue to be quiet, I actually have a shot… as crazy as that sounds.

    - I’m still wondering how the Ravens beat the Steelers, 35-7, in Week 1.

    - Steve Smith and Cam Newton hook up again… this time for a 22-yard TD. Smith should have two. Newton DOES have three. He was my top rated QB of Week 8.

    - Second halves have all begun. Steven Jackson, as we predicted on this morning’s radio show, is BEASTING!! Another TD to give the Rams a 24-0 lead.

    - Did you start A.J. Feeley today? Sheesh. He just hit Brandon Lloyd on a quick pass from 12 yards out and the Rams, yes the Rams, lead the Saints 17-0.

    - Neil Rackers just missed a 41-yard FG attempt as the Texans and Jags are headed to halftime.

    - Nate Washington just caught a quick screen pass from Matt Hasselbeck for a Tennessee touchdown. 20-0 Titans.

    - Brian Cushing just picked off Blaine Gabbert as the Jags were deep in Houston territory. This one might go to the half tied at 7.

    - Wow, that was fast. Right after the Vikings got the ball back, Christian Ponder hooked up with Adrian Peterson on a 19-yard screen pass. We’re tied at 14.

    - Cam Newton was hit by Jared Allen again… and he fumbled again. And the Vikings recovered again. Panthers lead 14-7 but the Vikings have good field position.

    - Michael Griffin just picked off Curtis Painter and the Rams just picked off Drew Brees again. What the heck is going on???

    - Seriously, watching this Baltimore/Arizona game is like watching a college team play with a high school team… but it’s Arizona toying with Baltimore. Strange.

    - Steven Jackson… touchdown Rams!!! Is this upset Sunday??? 10-0 Rams over New Orleans.

    - With just :08 seconds remaining before halftime, Eli Manning hit Mario Manningham on a fade pattern in the back of the end zone to bring the Giants to within 14-10.

    - Rob Bironas just added another 50+ yard FG to push the Tennessee lead to 13-0.

    - Vikings WR Percy Harvin caught a third down pass inside the Carolina five, but DB Captain Munnerlin made a GREAT play by ripping the ball away from Harvin. Upon further review, the ball does belong to Carolina. HUGE turnover. Very impressed with Christian Ponder on that drive.

    - Did you start Kevin Kolb today? No, he’s not dominating, but he did just throw a TD pass to Early Doucet and the Cardinals lead Baltimore, 24-3.

    - The Jags just blew up QB Matt Schaub, he fumbled, and it was recovered by Jacksonville and run down to the five. Blaine Gabbert just hit Jason Hill for a five-yard TD pass and the game is tied at 7.

    - Joe Flacco was just picked off right after the Peterson TD return. This one however, wasn’t his fault. Torrey Smith had one go right off his hands and into the hands of an Arizona defender. Cardinals, with a 17-3 lead, have the ball at the Baltimore 30.

    - The Ravens look like absolute crap so far. Trailing 10-3 and not moving the ball, Baltimore just punted (again) to Arizona and rookie Patrick Peterson took it 82 yards to the house. 17-3 Cardinals.

    - Josh Brown has just given the Rams a 3-0 lead. The Rams defense is playing inspired football so far.

    - Jags QB Blaine Gabbert is back in after missing a few plays with an injury. Jags on the move trailing 7-0.

    - Cam Newton just threw a perfect ball to TE Greg Olsen for 48 yards and a TD. Panthers lead, 14-7. Newton has two passing TDs to both of his TEs.

    - The Titans just blocked a Pat McAfee punt in the end zone, recovered by Jason McCourty. Titans have the lead, 10-0.

    - What the heck is happening in Baltimore?? Joe Flacco was sacked, fumbled, and it was recovered by Arizona at the Baltimore two. Beanie Wells up over the top for a TD… Cardinals lead 10-3. Wow.

    - A little skirmish in Carolina on the sidelines has drawn some flags. This is turning into a very good game.

    - Matt Moore just ran one in from a few yards out… Dolphins lead 14-3.

    - Steve Smith just suffered another heartbreak!! How many passes can this guy catch at the one-yard line? Two plays later Cam Newton to Jeremy Shockey to tie Minnesota, 7-7.

    - Ravens in the red zone after a nice pitch-and-catch between Joe Flacco and Anquan Boldin. Unfortunately, they had to settle for a FG. 3-3 in Baltimore.

    - Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart is running hard early. Looking to take over even more for DeAngelo Williams.

    - Giants on the move, trailing 7-0 to Miami. They have it 1st-and-25 after a stupid penalty. Can’t convert a TD, so they settle for a Lawrence Tynes FG to cut the lead to 7-3.

    - Early on the Rams defense is doing a pretty good job on Drew Brees and the Saints. John Kasay just missed a 43-yard FG and we’re still scoreless in St. Louis.

    - Kevin Kolb connected on a long pass play with Larry Fitzgerald and set up Jay Feely’s first FG of the day. Cards lead the Ravens, 3-0.

    - Jags QB Blaine Gabbert took a shot after sliding for a first down and he’s out for the time being. Luke McCown is in. Jags are in worse trouble than they were when they started the game.

    - We have a Steve Slaton sighting in Miami. One-yard rushing TD in New York to give the Dolphins an early 7-0 lead over the Giants.

    - Rob Bironas just connected on a 51-yard FG to give the Titans an early 3-0 lead.

    - Joe Flacco just overthrew Torrey Smith on a deep ball down the right sideline. This won’t be the last time he tries that… I can guarantee it.

    - Chris Ivory is already on the field for the Saints. What the heck?? His first rush went for two yards.

    - Matt Schaub just punched it in from two yards out. QBs and rushing TDs… gotta love it.

    - EJ Henderson just sacked Cam Newton… he fumbled, and Jared Allen recovered. Percy Harvin just scored after the fumble recovery. 7-0 Vikings.

    - Ryan Longwell shanked a 46-yard FG… no score in Carolina.

    - Get this… in my NFFC high-stakes league I’m playing against Arian Foster, Fred Jackson and Maurice Jones-Drew. Are you kidding me? Foster just caught his first of likely many passes.

    - Kevin Kolb sacked on his first play from scrimmage. Fumbled, but it was recovered by Arizona. Ravens DST is a GREAT start today.

    - The Vikings have a 60-yard opening kick return… great field position. First play a run to Adrian Peterson for no gain. That won’t continue.

    - NY Giants take the opening kick and we’re underway.

    - And awaaaaaaay we go!! Hope you enjoy all the early games… I’ll try to keep you updated as to everything going on.
