“The tight end position continues to evolve in the NFL season, and now that everyone’s played eight games we can feel a little bit better about projecting stats out over the rest of the season.
What we can’t project, though, is injuries. The loss of Owen Daniels undoubtedly hurt his owners, who are likely looking for a replacement via trade still. What other tight ends can, and will, get hurt we don’t know, but that’s the spark of fantasy football. The gamble is on the potential and likely production, not hoping against injury.”
