“If your reading this then you’re either playing for a championship or you’re a week away from fantasy glory. This is the week to pay attention to what the coaches are saying. We need to know if certain players are going to rest or play sparingly. Check your waivers and look for those free agents who have solid match ups this week and could help your team in a pinch. We’re not sure how the Colts are going to use Peyton Manning, if you own him have a backup plan in place just in case. The Colts have locked up everything in the AFC, unless they’re shooting for perfection this could very well be the week Manning only plays a half. It’s worth noting that some of our top QB’s have very friendly match ups. Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Warner, Rivers and Schaub should all be considered plus plays this week. Also pay attention to the QB 2’s. Some have very favorable match ups and could be stronger plays than a couple of the low end QB1’s. Flacco, Favre, Romo and McNabb all face above average pass defenses this weekend, but are probably to good to sit. Someone to consider is Alex Smith. He hasn’t played that well lately, but has a decent chance to produce vs the Lions. Good luck to all and check back in for our daily updates.”
