Eli Manning (QB) NYG- Eli comes into this game against the putrid Houston passing defense giving up 355 yards per game, look for Eli to continue this trend in a high scoring affair in Houston. Steve Smith (WR) is also a good start alongside with Manning.
Ryan Fitzpatrick (QB) Buf- This is for owners who need a bye week replacement; Fitzpatrick has the potential to break out this week with Jacksonville’s porous passing defense allowing 318 yards per game with 9 touchdowns allowed through 4 games.
All St. Louis/Detroit Offense- who would have ever thought anyone would say this, but these two young offenses are in for a shootout this weekend with points all the way around.
Randy Moss (WR) Min- So this one probably goes without saying. However with Favre as the new QB, we know the chances for the deep ball will be there, and I’m guessing Randy will haul in at least one.
Malcom Floyd (WR) SD- One week bust for Malcom here as he faces one of the best corners in the game in Nnamdi Asomugha, look for SD to run the ball with Matthews and Tolbert and control the ground game.
Kevin Kolb (QB) Phi- Bad spot here for Kolb as he gets to face a 0-4 49ers team at home on primetime; San Francisco held Drew Brees to minimal stats earlier in the year, look for the same here.
Mark Sanchez (QB) NYJ- Jets go into this game with Sanchez on a roll his past few games, something tells me that streak stops here with Minnesota on a primetime game to show the nation that they are no fluke, look for a low scoring game in this one with minimal passing yardage from Sanchez.
Fantasy Stock Market:
Terrell Owens (WR) Cin- Wait until after this weekend to ship T.O. as he should post back to back big weeks, then look to unload the diva superstar to an owner weak on WR’s looking for relief.
Kyle Orton (QB) Den- This is only if you can get an elite QB for him, Orton will continue to throw the ball as Denver has no run game and is likely to be down in a bunch of games this year. If you can get the right price for Orton, do it.
Austin Collie (WR) Ind- Collie has put up ridiculous numbers in the first few weeks. With his new injury, and Garcon coming back from injury, Collie looks to slide in production value, trade him for max value now.
Mike Wallace (WR) Pit- I have loved this guy ever since day 1, and now that Big Ben is back, you can trade minimal value players for Wallace, who should produce big numbers the rest of the season with Big Ben back in the picture.
Alex Smith (QB) SF- What!? Yes, buy Alex Smith low, he has six remaining home games and has two games against Saint Louis, Arizona, and one against Seattle left. Smith loves to play at home and can only go up from his production currently, get him now when his value is as low as can be.
Knowshon Moreno (RB) Den- If you have roster space available Knowshon could help you down the stretch as the schedule for Denver is relatively weak against the run; Owners of Knowshon are probably frustrated with his production lately (zero) and are most likely going to ship him off for less value than he’s worth.
