Who Should Play QB For Washington?

03/18/2010 1:23 PM -

After a less-than-successful season last year filled with turnovers and botched offensive plays, big changes are coming to the Redskins.  New coach Mike Shanahan has changed the staff and he is certainly going to change the lineup as well.  Fans everywhere are wondering one thing: Will he change his starting quarterback too?

Last year’s starter, Jason Campbell, was tendered last week, and the word on the street is that Shanahan hasn’t committed to him as a starter.  Many fans let out a sigh of relief at this news because Campbell wasn’t anyone’s dream quarterback last season.  He’s tentative and seems constantly worried that he’s going to make mistakes, which leads to fewer touchdowns and more turnovers.  Sure, maybe he needs a better offensive line and a stronger coaching staff…but the Redskins shouldn’t be taking another chance on him.
